At this point I've got over ten years of experience in producing interactive multimedia, having traced my way through the early days with Hypercard, through the days of Director CD-ROM work and on into the dynamic, chaotic world of the web.
I was the lead developer for several of the first QuickTime VR CD-ROMs while at 21st Century Media, and as a result of this early work was hired by Apple Computer to join the QuickTime engineering team where I worked for six years helping to guide the development of QuickTime and QuickTime VR. During this time I continually created cutting-edge projects and provided the valuable insight of an experienced content developer.
Currently I spend a lot of time working on multimedia on mobile devices, both on the engineering and content creation side. I'm also involved on the programming of a couple of independent music web sites, and I enjoy being involved in a variety of other projects.
I've worked hard to educate others on the in the effective use of multimedia to further the customer's goals, speaking at a variety of conferences such as QuickTime Live and WWDC, and I've taught courses in SF State's Multimedia Studies program and the Center for Electronic Art.
